Adam is a dedicated businessman helping out in all areas. He is a jack of all trades: boilermaker, technician, estimator and overall bossman. In addition, “Doullsy” is the voice behind the radio and is the face behind the B&D To You van.
After leaving school–and following a stint in retail–Mandy went on to become a workplace health and service officer, a rehabilitation coordinator, and worked in quality control. Since Mandy and Adam opened Statewide Sales & Service in 2016, she has overseen many aspects of the business, including human resources.
Grahame has been with the company since it launched in 2016 and leads the team in sales and project managing. As well as bringing his building background to the table, Grahame has many years of experience working with garage doors and garage door motors. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of all new and existing products.
Leigh has more than 28 years’ experience in administration and accounting. Hard-working and loyal, she has been a part of the Statewide Sales & Service team since 2016 and brings joy to our office.
With an extensive accounting background, Dianne started with Statewide Sales & Service in 2016. She’s an important part of the team–not only is she a sounding board to both Mandy and Adam, she’s the one who pays the bills!
Page has been with us for several years and has moved into customer support, she oversees our technicians making sure they get to our clients in a timely manner. Page is our little live wire who has great knowledge and is always learning about the products we sell. She puts a smile on our faces and is reliable employee.
Peter has a boilermaking background and has been with us since the company’s beginning. Our dedicated handyman, technician and “Can you do this?” man, he has an extensive skill set in garage doors, shutters and Rollashields. Peter is a loyal and hard-working employee who helps lead the team.
Meet Maddy, she is the face behind your calls. She will help you with your requirements and prepare our clients jobs and leads. She is our Lolly Jar protector from our technician and staff. Maddy is a hard worker and dedicated to our company.
Ben is a senior technician, he works in both Commerical and Domestic areas, he can always be counted on to complete work on time and to high standards. He also provides the other technician with advice and training when needed.
Hemi is one of our senior technicians, he works in both Commerical and Domestic areas, installing Panelifts, Roller Doors, Roller Shutters, Rollashields and Automatic Openers. He is a valuable employee at Statewide, always eager, and happy to be at work.
Caleb has been with us for several years and is a valued team member in our growing Statewide family.
Caleb looks after our domestic customers; he has extensive knowledge on the B&D products, he is always happy to help our customers out. "Regular servicing will reduce the risks of unexpected breakdowns and ensures they operate smoothly and safely".

Sophie is our Mobile Showroom Consultant, providing clients with information and recommendations on what doors are available and best suited to your house or shed. She will attend onsite with her mobile showroom providing quotes and showing samples.
Gene aka "Ossie" looks after all our technicians and project manages the jobs. He has an extensive background in building and carpentry. Ossie is a valid member of our family team, striving to make our customers happy.
Lockie is our rockstar, he is a respected team member who also installs, services, repairs, and maintains roller doors, panelifts, shutters, automatic openers, and Rolla-shields. Lockie is has a great attitude towards work and have vast knowledge on our products.
Duncan is our industrial Technician; his works include servicing and reporting and the supply and installs of roller shutters and roller doors. He is enthusiastic about his daily work and is always extremely busy. Ducan’s knowhow and willingness to work hard is appreciated at Statewide.
Macgregor is our enthusiastic technician; he works in several areas, both industrial and domestic doors. Macgregor is friendly and approachable who enjoys chatting with customers.

Statewide Sales and Service have been proud sponsors of CQ Razorbacks in 2024 and 2025. They compete in an annual Queensland Police Service Rugby Leage State Championship throughout QLD.
